We are originally from up North and relocated to Naples for the overall lifestyle: the weather, beaches, boating, healthy food options, super nice people, an abundance of parks and lots of sunshine!
Why they chose this property
We chose this neighborhood to offer our guests the ability to enjoy the Naples lifestyle at an affordable price. We had the opportunity to design and renovate the space keeping the charm of the older home while upgrading each space to today’s standards of luxury and comfort. We love the accessibility of these gentrifying neighborhood within walking distance to the most delicious coffee and floral shop, mini golf right across the street..bike over to Celebration Park, 5th Ave, 3rd St and enjoy sunset on 8th Ave beach.
