The main floor bathroom is opposite the bedrooms, and at the base of the stairs from the upstairs bedroom. The main floor has hardwoods throughout. The living room has two couches and chairs and opens to a sunny front porch sitting area. The dining room has a table that sits six. There is a flat screen TV with network and internet TV. Comcast internet and WiFi is available. There’s a full kitchen with all the basics to cook for your self but with all the fun food choices in walking distance you’ll be tempted to eat out or order in. The basement has an informal family room and full bathroom with stand alone shower (no tub). The basement also provides bike storage, and a laundry area. There is a high efficiency gas forced air furnace, and central air conditioning. One main floor bedroom has a height adjustable desk and desk chair. The other main floor bedroom has a small desk.
