- **Fully Equipped Kitchen**: The modern kitchen includes everything you need to whip up delicious meals. Equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and all the essential cookware and utensils.
- **Comfortable Bedroom**: Drift off to sleep in the cozy bedroom featuring a bunk bed with a full size mattress on bottom and an XL twin on top. The loft includes two XL twin beds.
- **Charming Bathroom**: The bathroom is fitted with a shower and comes stocked with fresh towels and basic toiletries for your convenience.

Growing up and spending my life in the beautiful surroundings of Alpine, TN, I have developed a deep connection with the majestic mountains that I proudly call home. Exploring these natural wonders is one of my greatest joys, often accompanied by my beloved dogs on long walks or while relaxing outdoors with a good book. In addition to being a registered nurse, I gained valuable experience over a decade working at East Port Marina on Dale Hollow Lake, a family business on my husband's side that focuses on travel and tourism. I began my career there as a cleaning girl and waitress, gradually advancing to roles involving direct client interaction as a manager and office clerk. After my tenure at the marina, my husband and I embarked on an adventurous journey across the United States, staying in a variety of rental properties. This experience offered us a unique perspective on the vacation rental business, allowing us to see it through the eyes of the customer.
