The property is very clean and centrally located. It met our needs as we visited family in town. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. Thanks!
The property was spotlessly clean and convenient to everything we needed access to in Greenville/Simpsonville. The owner was quick to answer questions we had about the property. And, it was a great value.
If you are looking for a property that is updated and clean, Michelle’s property is an excellent option. Ample extra towels were available, and the host was responsive to questions prior to arrival. Mattresses were also new, of a firmer foam type. The neighborhood is generally quiet, and though near the airport, we only were disturbed by a loud plane noise once during our 5 day stay.
The property manager communicated quickly when reached out to...the property was very clean and smelled well. TV's worked without any problem. One of the reasons we chose this place was that it had not one, but 2 KING BEDS which is very unusual to find. Quiet neighborhood and I loved that there was a Publix grocery store less than 5 minutes away. Felt safe and secure.
The house is exactly as described. The bedrooms are decently sized and there is plenty of closet space. The host answered all questions prompt and was very helpful and nice. Whenever we are in the area we will definitely try to book this home. It was everything we needed and nice and clean too.

We live in Florida and have a short term rental property in Florida for the past 6 years about 1 mile to Indian Rocks Beach. We decided last year to purchase a home in South Carolina for many reasons. One is because we love getting away to the Greenville area and enjoying visiting the many wonderful parks, coffee shops, mountain hikes, downtown Greenville, Simpsonville, Five Forks, Greer all that have something unique to offer in such a close proximity to our home and of course our grandkids and daughter and son in law live 10 min away so that was also a plus. We love being outside and enjoying the beaches and the mountains too.
Why they chose this property
When we were looking for a home my husband wanted 1 level because we are not getting any younger. We also wanted something that was not too big but also not too small. We wanted a nice backyard to enjoy. We love being so close to shopping and some great dining places we have found in the area.
What makes this property unique
We went with a modern farmhouse vibe in this home. Majority of everything you see is new since August of 2024. The deck and fenced in private yard is a wonderful feature that we thought many people will enjoy. The indoor laundry is also a nice amenity to have. There is plenty of room in the home to enjoy each other as a family but also be able to appreciate individual spaces so you are do not feel cramped.
