Pine Cone Pond is a new development featuring 28 acres with walking paths, water areas and nature all around. The snowmobile and 4 wheel trails systems are right across the street as well as the birkie and biking trails just 3 miles away for quick access. We are in process of adding additional houses so we will be able to accommodate larger groups by summer 2025. We also have numerous options available as well for additional needs in the area. This is a new listing for us but we are premier host with years of experience.

A few things about the house, this is brand new construction that just got done. Things to note, items not in the pictures but will be completed prior to booking.
