Guest Access:

The entire house and grounds including the spacious garage, kitchen, living room, bedrooms, bathrooms, pool, laundry area, plus front and back yards are exclusively available to guests. You will enjoy complete privacy throughout the property.

Interaction with guests:

We value your privacy and offer a flexible and convenient self check-in process. Keypad entry codes and check-in instructions are given 24 hours before your arrival date. We are available by phone or through the app 24/7 for any questions or concerns that may arise during your stay.

Other details to note:

POOL HEAT: Available for $200/day (82 degrees) with a minimum of 2 days. Note: Pricing reflects current SDGE utility rates. SPA HEATING is complimentary :)

PETS: There is a pet fee of $100 that covers the extra deep cleaning measures we take for the home. Up to 2 dogs allowed.

EXTRA GUESTS: There is an extra guest fee of $50 per night per guest which applies after 10 guests. 12 guests maximum allowed.

Arrangements for early check-in/late check-out must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability. We need to coordinate with our cleaners' schedules to accommodate these requests.

We follow enhanced cleaning protocols between stays, focusing on high-touched surfaces.

AC/Heat: The home has central HVAC to maintain a comfortable temperature year-round.

NOISE: Please note that this is a quiet, residential neighborhood, so quiet hours must be observed, especially at night after 9pm.
