Only weekly summer rentals July 2025 $3800. Pet fee is $300. Cleaning fee $350. Linens provided for King master but are not provided for 2queen and 5 twins. Check in Saturday at 4:00pm, check out Saturday at 10:00am.

Great Lake House

A lot to do in the house (Foosball, Air Hockey, Chess, Pool Table, etc.). View from the balcony is incredible. Bathrooms are awesome. Owner was extremely inviting. For future tenants, bring linens. We were messaged a few days before the rental date that the beds do not have sheets, which is a bit odd and was scramble for my group as many of us were traveling and didn't have spares. Luckily a few of us locals were able to bring extras. For the Homeowner, I'd recommend having an easily accessible hose for the dock. Much of the dock, including the Paddle Boat and furniture were covered in spiders and webs.

Amazing

We are repeat vacationers at lake gaston x 6 and this home was our favorite. Debbie is very responsive, the home is in a perfect location for main lake access and located in a no wake zone for minimal wave action at the dock, the home is appointed with high end appliances and dishes with every conceivable kitchen item you and possibly need. There are beautiful lake views on the main floor and lower floor as well. The lot is a gentle slope to the lake with only the stairs exiting the house. The lawn is large for lawn games. The dock easily accommodated the two different styles of boats we rented for the week (Ski boat and tritoon). The sleeping room were perfect for our family. To note: bring your linens: Sheets and towels and leave your cares behind. Thanks Debbie!

2024 Lake Gaston Annual Getaway

Had an amazing time at the lake-as usual. This our second year in a row in this lovely home. Debbie is an amazing host and the house is well equipped with a great location! We also appreciated the upgrades from last year.

Family fun

Our family of 4 generations made some wonderful memories at this beautiful property. The house is very spacious and filled with every amenity that you could need or want. The gentle slope down to the water was perfect for my elderly Mom, as well as our littles. Debbie is a wonderful host and quick to answer questions. We would love to visit again!

Awesome Property but Bring Your Own Linen

The house is beautiful, clean and very accommodating for my family. We enjoyed every inch of it and Debbie is an excellent host. My only complaint is that it would have been nice to know that we needed to provide our own linen a few days before departure. Since we was driving to Bracey it wasn’t a huge deal but if you’re flying into the area, it could cause an issue with packing necessities for your trip, clothing and linen. Maybe needing to provide linen can be added in the description because it can be a determining factor for some people on whether to rent this property or not.

A Gem on Lake G

This was our family's second stay at this house. There's a comfort about this house that makes it feel like a home and not a rental. The house and the host are very accommodating and we'll be back again next year!

Making new memories

What a wonderful trip! The house was filled with love when you walk in. Debbie is so wonderful with whom to work. We recently lost my father-in-law and we wanted to make new memories. This vacation did just that. The dock and water were fun, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen stoked with everything you need. Thank you, Debbie!!

Lovely Lake Gaston

We had an amazing time with family and friends at this Lake Gaston home. The house was fully stocked with everything you could need. The property is in prime location to main like as well as gas and goodies. Debbie was very attentive to any questions or needs we had. We’ve already booked for next year.

This was our second summer and we were again enthralled and Debbie is an amazing hostess!! Memorial Memories

Thank you for providing such an inviting, clean and beautiful home for our family weekend! A fully equipped kitchen was a super bonus! The rainy weekend did not damper our fun knowing the pool and foosball tables were available, making s'mores at the fire pit and the gorgeous back porch with lake view were outstanding! You thought of every possible need!!! We absolutely enjoyed our stay!

Sweet house

This house was almost perfect. Beautiful space and super clean. The house offers a paddle boat and kayak, but no life vests. Life vests would have completed the water experience. Debbie was helpful and attentive.

Wonderful Christmas Stay

The property was easy to find and just as presented. It was well furnished & well equipped. The nine of us had a wonderful stay. It was especially sweet that when we arrived, the house was all decked out for the holidays. Our only regret is that we didn't book in the summer. The lake is beautiful with the dock and lake toys looking like such fun. Its a wonderful place and we feel fortunate to have our family together there for Christmas.

A wonderful long weekend!

Our family had an incredible time staying at the Beslin’s gorgeous home! We enjoyed cooking together in the fully stocked kitchen, playing games in the game room, and kayaking/paddle boating Lake Gaston! Family vacation on the lake
