600sf pool house, 1200sf endless view observation deck, saltwater pool and spa right outside your two 8'x12' corner window walls. The pool house is the premier spot on this special property, its new, private, well equipped, has high vaulted ceilings and is the jewel of the Sanctuary property.
Enjoy relaxing poolside on the teak chaise lounges, grilling on the Lynx BBQ or taking an evening dip in the jacuzzi.
The pool house is equipped with indoor and outdoor showers, laundry, WiFi, split AC and heat system, full close privacy curtained and shades, fully equipped kitchenette and super comfy livingroom.
Guest access
Guests will have a dedicated parking spot right outside the pool house door. Additional parking for more than one car is available at the lower lot a minute walk away.
