Dream Stay for Dreams Park Week
This is exactly what my family needed to recharge our batteries after longs days at the Dreams Park fields. The screened in porch was our favorite spot for morning and evening drinks. The futon couch was exactly what my mini MLB player needed to also recharge from peopling. It’s close to many attractions, yet feels secluded to pretend the world doesn’t exist. The laundry facilities helped our car ride home smell much nicer. Chrissy was amazing help, answering all my questions. This truly is a core memory experience.

Hidden Gem
We found this cute little hidden gem after a last minute decision to visit Cooperstown with our kids, and we were definitely lucky! This is a small rental but comfy, cozy and enough space for our family of 4. Quiet, beautiful surrounding woods, but not far from amenities and downtown. This home is clean, updated, and the kids loved having the loft as their own space. The owner was very communicative and had the electric fireplace on before we arrived. My kiddos are already asking to go back, and I’m sure we will be!

Cute cottage in the woods
Very quiet, serene location. Very clean. Being in the woods keeps the cottage in the shade of trees, so the AC wasn’t too necessary. The cottage is small, as advertised. We were in cottage 1 which had the island very close to the French doors, making it somewhat difficult to get luggage in. The bed in the loft was much more comfortable than the one on the bedroom. A suggestion would be for a full length mirror. Overall this cottage worked well for the two of us. Very close (15 min) from CDP.

Cooperstown all star village rental
Rented for when our 12yo played at CASV. Property was clean, comfortable and had all necessities. Host was accommodating and helpful. Property was 20 minutes from CASV but worth the trip. Looking forward to staying again in 2 years when our 10yo plays up.there.

Cute cabin in the woods!
The cabin was cute and good enough for a small family, I was just by myself and liked it a lot. The WiFi worked well and loved having tea on the covered porch while listening to the chirping birds! The bathroom was well stocked and the water was nice and warm! Kitchen is stocked enough to cook a quick meal! Will recommend to any small family!

Cooperstown Baseball
This place was perfect for our small family to enjoy! It's tucked away off the beaten path and was close enough to drive back and forth to Dreams Park in Cooperstown. We pulled in and instantly were happy with our choice! The location was very easy to find. My daughter loved the spacious loft upstairs she had all to herself. It was perfect for a small child! The cottage was clean, fully stocked and just as it appeared online. My favorite part was the enclosed front patio. We enjoyed waking up to the chirping birds and gorgeous, lush green scenery while having breakfast. The host, Chrissy, was extremely accommodating and very easy to work with and communication was prompt and friendly. I would highly recommend this place to any family traveling for baseball!

Loved the tiny house
We loved our time at the tiny house. It was a nice secluded area in the woods but also very convenient to get to Cooperstown and the Dreams Park. I would suggest this to anyone staying in the Cooperstown area.

so-so; wanted more comfort
My husband and I stayed there for 4 days this summer. The front porch is a very nice space and we spent a lot of time there, but the rest of the structure is somewhere between a trailer and a tiny house. If you are not small, slender people, this is not the cabin for you. We both kept banging our shins on the bed frame. The futon is like sleeping on a board. The kitchen was sparsely stocked. You can't even make spaghetti--not enough large pans. Two saucepans, each only large enough to heat up Spaghettios. No decent cutting board. Would have been nice to know that trying to make tuna salad would be a trial--I would have brought my own pans and cutting board. No wifi. Guests are supposed to go only 10 miles an hour on the dirt road that winds back to the cabins. The people staying in the first cabin went flying around the corner way over the speed limit and almost ran us into the pond. The owner was very kind and accommodating. The place was clean. They had lots of helpful literature on hand about where to eat and things to do, but that can't make up for the other shortcomings of the place. Others who stayed there seemed to enjoy it--families even--according to the messages left in the cabin notebook. For two clumsy people in their sixties who wanted more creature comforts, it just wasn't our cup of tea.

Peaceful treasure
The location is stunning! Just peaceful and calm. Beautiful country retreat. Screened in patio is where we spent most of our time. Squirrels and chipmunks feed in the yard. Deer come out at dusk. Cabin is perfect for a couple with kids, only note would be that the upstairs room ceiling is very low so full grown adults may not enjoy this. It’s a loft style so perfect for little people. We Bbq at home one evening which was a so nice. I’d definitely recommend it, especially after we experienced the “business” of Cooperstown. We liked being away from the crowds, matter of fact we were the only guests at Old World Village during our three night stay. I had no idea New York had such gorgeous country.

Love, Love, Love this place!!!!
We rented all of the cabins and the chalet for a family compound. The facilities were clean & well maintained. Each of the cabins were sufficient to house four adults. Although the ceiling height is low in the loft, you'll only hit your head once before you figure it out. Let's face it-if you're visiting for the CDP experience-you'll be spending very little time at your selected housing. This place has an amazingly large fire pit (perfect for cool summer evenings) and each of the cabins have screened porches (my favorite space). You'll be glad that you stayed here. The owner was super easy to work with and very accommodating.
