As you enter the double entry doors you will be struck by the spaciousness of the great room and the view! The living room is comfortably furnished and features a couch and chairs facing a large wall mounted television. Adjacent to the living room is the dining room and kitchen. The kitchen is well stocked and features granite counters, a large island, and stainless steel appliances. The dining area features a nice tropical dining table that seats 6.

Large pocket doors open up from the great room the spacious lanai, one of the best features of Kolea condos. The lanai features a lounge area with two chairs and a dining area that seats 4. There is also a Viking grill and wet bar for your use.

On one side of the condo are the two master bedrooms. The first master bedroom has a king size bed with bedside tables facing a wall mounted television above a chest of drawers. There is also a seating area. This bedroom features two large windows that look out upon the view.
