Whether you're looking to relax or explore, you’ll be just a short drive from top ski resorts: 15 miles to Stratton Mountain, 13 miles to Magic Mountain, 20 miles to Bromley, and 26 miles to Okemo. Book your stay today and experience the best of Southern Vermont!
Ranney Brook Farm is a spacious and inviting retreat perfect for your next getaway! With 5 beautifully appointed bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, this charming home comfortably sleeps up to 13 guests—ideal for family and friends looking to relax and reconnect. Gather in one of our two cozy living areas, each featuring its own fireplace and TV, or indulge in some musical moments at our piano. Foodies will love our chef’s kitchen, equipped with dual commercial stainless steel ranges, a decorative and stylish antique Glenwood wood cook stove, and everything you need to create memorable meals. We’ve even got your coffee and tea covered with a Keurig K-Duo coffee maker for your convenience.
Rest easy in our five welcoming bedrooms, including a luxurious queen primary suite with an ensuite bathroom, 1 queen bedroom, 2 full bedrooms, and a room with both a twin and a queen bed. Our sleeper sofa can sleep an additional 2 people. Creature comforts are top of mind, with Roku-equipped TVs for streaming, along with a selection of books and board games to enjoy during your downtime.
Step outside to explore our 5-acre property, where you can wander past mature fruit trees, vibrant blueberry and raspberry bushes, and a 1-acre fenced yard where your pets can roam freely. When evening falls, gather around the fire pit for stargazing, marshmallow roasting, and great conversation.
Vermont is home to a lot of wildlife including bears, coyotes, foxes, spiders, etc. You may encounter some of them during your stay. To keep these wild encounters outside we appreciate your cooperation in keeping screens closed when you have the doors open and making sure all food and garbage are properly stowed. Please lock all doors at night as bears have been spotted in our area.
Our home is equipped with three outdoor security cameras. One at our kitchen door and two on the porch. These cameras are for the safety of our guests and helps us keep an eye on the property between guest stays. Any tampering of these cameras is grounds for immediate eviction without refund.
Decor and furnishings may vary due to wear/tear and cleaning needs.
