When you arrive, you will walk up the charming wood stairs to reach the main level of the home. The front door opens into an incredible living room with hardwood floors and full-length windows. This lovely space contains couches and chairs where you can gather to enjoy a movie, play a game, or chat with loved ones. The spacious main room also contains a dining table that seats six and a small desk where you can get a bit of work done. Shades of gray and cream are accented with natural textures like rattan, and the walls are decorated with a few tasteful, nautical accents.

Oyster Cove has an open floor plan, so the living and dining rooms seamlessly flow into the kitchen in our Tybee Island vacation homes. In the kitchen, a pale aqua backsplash and a gorgeous, ocean-blue island add a touch of color to the neutral decor. This island provides seating for three additional guests, and it's a convenient gathering space when preparing meals. Both the island and the rest of the kitchen feature custom oyster shell countertops that gleam with shades of white and gray.

Off of the main living space are multiple bedrooms. Altogether, Oyster Cove sleeps eight people in three bedrooms. On the main floor is a roomy master suite. It has an en-suite bath, king-size bed, and flat screen television. Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms that each have queen-size beds and their own television. If you need more sleeping space, there is also a bonus loft area with a queen murphy bed.

Oyster Cove is located near everything and puts you in a great spot to enjoy Tybee. It is only .5 miles or a short 10 minute walk to the beach. You can relax in privacy and peace of your Tybee rental property and then you can quickly reach an assortment of fun tourist attractions by walking, bike riding or rent one of our golf carts. Oyster Cove sits near the northern tip of Tybee, centrally located, near Tybee Island Light Station & Museum and the Tybee Island Marine Science Center. You can explore the marshlands in a boat, or you can visit North Beach to lay back and catch some sun rays. Oyster Cove is just a short ride to "down-front" Tybrisa St. filled with even more dining and nightclub opportunities. Try Neptunes, or The Sand Bar for a local flavor. Guest will enter the property up the stairs on the right side of the house. There is an electronic keypad. A code will be sent to you the morning of your arrival.

Oyster Cove overlooks the Horsepen Creek salt marsh with beautiful serene views and gorgeous sunsets, and exotic coastal birdlife such as the Blue Heron, The Great Egret and sometimes even few Roseate Spoonbill enjoying the feast the marsh has to offer. Oyster Cove is centrally located, yet out of the fray of the rest of the island, close to Sea Wolf Grill, Dawg House, the Irritable Pelican Art Gallery and Tybee Island Visitor Center. It is an easy bike or golf cart ride to the beach access at Ft. Screven. Inquire about our bikes available to guests, and golf cart rentals. Tybee Island has a "Good Neighbor Policy" which requires quiet hours from 10PM until 7AM. Please be respectful of our neighbors.
We respect your privacy and will only come by if we have permission.
I am available 24/7 for emergencies: such as lockout, fire, flood, AC issue, violation or injury. Please call 911 as needed, then text and call. Please notify us by text of any other issues or maintenance problems.

In the case of a neighbor or police complaint the following protocol will be followed:
1) I will call and text the primary guest to notify you of the complaint. I will only speak with the primary guest.
2) I will come by the property to do a walk-through inspection. I will need to speak with the primary guest at that time. In most cases you will be allowed to stay. If there are any further complaints you will be asked to leave without reimbursement.
