One Night In Ohio

We stayed here and it was nice. We needed a place to stay for a night on our way through for a road trip and this was perfect.

Visiting Dayton

Needed a clean play to stay, for a reasonable price, that was close to Dayton Arena. This checked all the boxes.

Overall Good Spot

The host was extremely kind and communicated quickly when I had questions. I loved the website provided with recommendations of places to see and things to do around the area. I needed to check out a day earlier but there were no modifications allowed. But that was my fault, I should’ve reviewed the listings policy first. Just important to note that no changes are allowed! Rated a 4 only because the apartment wasn’t the cleanest. The fans had a lot of visible dust and the rugs under the table weren’t clean at all. I was surprised when the host mentioned they had a cleaner at checkout and expected more with the cleaning fee. They should definitely consider a new cleaning company!Other than that everything was straightforward- check in and check out was an easy process with no problems at all.
