Located in the heart of Destin, this updated 2 bedroom, two bathroom is in the 43-acre gated Sandpiper Cove resort. Sandpiper Cove spans from Destin harbor to the sugar-white sands of the Emerald Coast. Private gated beach includes 1100 feet of private beachfront with beach service, beach bar and grill, bathrooms, showers, BBQs, rental kayaks and paddleboards.

4231 offers FREE beach service! During the season (March 1- October 31) you will get 2 beach chairs (with leg rests) and an umbrella set up on the beach. This is a $50 per day value!

On the harbor side, Seascape is a boater's playground and includes a free boat/waverunner ramp, and kayak launch (only steps from the condo!) into Destin Harbor. Call Sandpiper Cove for details on bringing a boat.

This condo is close to many restaurants, shopping, and attractions in Destin and even has a water taxi to the Destin HarborWalk Village! Dog Friendly - Up to 2 dogs - an additional non-refundable fee of $100/per dog. No dogs on the beach.

ACCOMMODATIONS
The condo is located on the top floor and has 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms. There is no elevator to this floor.

Kitchen
As you enter, you'll be greeted by a beautifully updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and all the essentials for preparing gourmet meals. Enjoy the convenience of a full-size refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, and dishwasher, along with a coffee maker (both regular and Keurig), plus all the cookware and utensils you'll need. The kitchen has an adjoining laundry room includes two full-size washers and dryers for your convenience, complete with laundry tabs.

Living Area
The living area is perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach, featuring a comfortable sleeper sofa, flat-screen Smart TV, and a dining area that seats four. A bar counter off the kitchen is ideal for casual breakfasts or a cup of coffee, seats three.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
Guests can begin checking in after 4:00 P.M. CST. Occasionally, there may be delays in accessing your unit, and we appreciate your patience during such instances. Please note that no refunds or discounts will be provided for late check-ins. Check-out time is set at 10:00 A.M. CST. As you depart, please ensure you've gathered all your belongings. Thank you for your cooperation.

AGE REQUIREMENTS
Vacationing students or singles under the age of 25 are not eligible for reservations unless accompanied by a parent or guardian in a ratio of over the age of 25. The parent or guardian over the age of 25 must stay in the unit each night. Reservations made under false pretenses may result in the forfeiture of advance payments of rent and deposit. Additionally, the party may either be denied check-in or asked to vacate the unit.
