Location: Listed on a quiet street, but revealed to actually be on a 5-lane avenue with significantly more noise nearly 24/7 (6am-4am). earplugs recommended.Hazardous Stairs: Take caution carrying luggageMaintenance Issues: Some Cleanliness: shows effortFunctionality: Heat worked, beds were okay, internet was fine. Perfect homemade for exploring the city!

Riki, the host, was super responsive and even went out of his way to purchase us a pack n play for our toddler ahead of arrival. The location was perfectly situated in the heart of Hell’s Kitchen and everything was within walking distance. Easy walk to subway, bus, etc. the apartment provided everything we needed and with our toddler, it was great to have a separate space for him to sleep. If we are lucky enough to travel across the country back to New York, I will definitely stay here again!

Excellent apartment in great Midtown location

The apartment is very clean, with all listed amenities. The host is responsive and attentive. The location is superb, 2 blocks from Times Square. Ron’s of restaurants in Hell’s Kitchen area , all short walking distance. Highly recommend
