Be our guest at the Beland Manor in the Magnolia Suite in this 7,000 sq ft grand colonial w/ 6 private guest suites. The Magnolia Suite (upstairs) is bright & white with a queen size bed! The home has the following shared features: stylish relaxing living room, tastefully designed gathering room & a light & fun game room w/ a pool table & lots of seating. All rooms have a smart tv & wifi access. Centrally located. The home is not a bed & breakfast but has that same cozy feel.
Our caretaker, Sam and his wife Samantha, will periodically be around the property.
Individuals 19 years old or younger are not allowed to rent this room or be an occupant in the room. No pets. Smoking is allowed outside. The home is a large home, so the hot water takes about 3 to 5 minutes to get to the room.
