Don’t forget to swing by the Bagnell Dam to snap some photos at the scenic overlook, stopping in for lunch and shopping on the strip located along the shoreline. Speaking of the perks of living by the lakeside, the home’s patio area just a few steps away from the water is perfect for hosting a delicious al fresco lunch fresh from the grill or sunbathing while sipping on a refreshing cocktail. If lounging on the water’s edge isn’t quite close enough, grab one of the home’s two available kayaks and head out for a day of adventures!

The home also includes a half bathroom and an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

• This home is built on a hill, the primary entry is upstairs near the bedrooms. Guests will have to go downstairs to access the living room, kitchen, and dining room.
