Great Location from Beach

The location was great, esp w small kids, super close-like literally 1 block!! We were kinda disappointed at first w/ the house though to be honest when we showed up. Im not sure if it hadnt been rented out in awhile or what, but the grass out front was long, like almost up to kids knees in a few areas. There were several swasps nests under the deck and different beetle/pincher bugs througout the stay in the house, esp downstairs bathroom. (Yes i realize we are by the beach, but this isnt our first beach trip). The living room had a large humidifier behind the couch going that went out the window with a pool noodle. (Not mentioned nor in pics posted) It made the room very hot and not comfortable to really be in. We had to constantly keep the master door closed to keep the master somewhat cooler. Downstairs toilet seat was so loose, my kids booty went flying to the side when he sat down...funny, but couldnt tighten it, my hubby tried. The upper deck umbrella was broken with a metal pole laying on the table. Had to move it and tie it up so my kids wouldnt mess w/ it and hurt themselves. The master shower though, amazing! Large and very clean! The pool was everything we needed!! In fact my 1 kid learned to swim with no floaties in it!! Becareful of the hose in the shower outside, great for rinsing off, but sprays water in front of the bedroom door and pools there in a large puddle. Manager was easy to talk to and get ahold of. Stay for the closeness to beach and great pool!!

Great trip

This is the second time we have stayed in this beautiful home. Love the roominess, location and pool. Communication with the owners is quick and any problems are remedied quickly.

Great house!

We were really pleased with the house. Everything is comfortable and clean. Plenty of towels, dishes, toilet paper and paper towels. We are pleasantly surprised by how comfortable the beds were. Each room has it's own TV and cable channels. Since we had rain each day we took advantage of the board games that were available and had some really great family time. The private pool is fantastic and the outdoor shower was perfect after we walked back from the beach. We highly recommend!

Beautiful Beach House

We loved our stay at this beautiful house - from the minute you walk in the door it has a great smell, nice layout, extremely clean, and decor has a beach vibe with all the extra touches. The loud birds appear to love this house and area too. Houses are close together and unfortunately the ones and area behind are nothing to really look at. Most of our time was spent in or at the pool. The landscaping could use a little TLC only to match this upscale house. We also loved that the beach access was truly a 3 minute walk and for any extra snacks or forgotten items a small store is within sight around the corner. We also liked that we weren’t directly by the hotels or crowds. The host checked in on us and was available for any questions. This probably was one of our favorite rental houses we’ve stayed at so far!

Excellent Rental

The house was perfect for our family to stay and enjoy Panama City Beach. It was very clean and comfy. The pool outside was the center of a lot of our days and the beach access is so close, we could not beat the location. Loved this home!

Great lay out

The interior of the property is top shelf. The location to the beach is very walkable and although we had an unusual cold snap, we enjoyed the pool when the sun was out. Quite noisy, but we were there during spring break and fully expected that. The birds do love this property, so expect some noise. The views out the back aren't the greatest but inside was a pleasant surprise. Very comfortable, safe, and well equipped. My family thoroughly enjoyed the classic Buffet posters and the general vibe of the house. The owners provided good communication. Slight miscommunication and we had a visit from the cleaner the day before we checked out, but she was super sweet and pleasant. Would definitely recommend the property.

Great place for making memories

This is a very welcoming and clean home! Beautiful beach and wonderful pool. Convenient location. Homeowners have gone above and beyond to make sure that you have everything you need in a rental property. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there! Very cozy!

Great family rental!

Rosie was very responsive to all of our questions and requests. The house is setup perfectly for multiple families to hang out, eat/ drink, and easily access the beach. We made some great memories with the children. Definitely recommend staying here.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip with family. The pool/patio area was beautiful, close walk to beach and dollar general store, nice/ quiet neighborhood, and comfortable beds! Perfect for our PCB vacation!

Amazing house

We had the best time. The hosts were accommodating to our needs, the house was clean and spacious. We spent many hours at the pool, which was a lifesaver with the little ones. The pool guy was very nice and informative. We would definitely stay here again if we travel to Panama City Beach!

Spring Break review

Location was close to the beach, which was nice. The pool was very enjoyable when it was warm, two days the pool was not heated very well. The pool guy , Phil was very helpful and gave us tips for great local restaurants. Wish there was more towels and rags and supplies such as trash bags and paper towel. Loved that there was a record player . Would recommend this location during the summer months and not the spring time. The home was very clean and decorated beautifully.

Winter retreat

We rented this beautiful home after cancelling our cruise due to COVID. The house is beautifully decorated and so comfortable to relax in after a day on the beach, adventures at Pier Park or hanging out in the heated pool. We have stayed at other Verbo homes and didn’t know what to expect with supplies. With being a planner, we brought many extra supplies we thought we might need. To our surprise, everything was stocked beautifully! We did bring down extra garbage bags, sandwich bags, cling wrap and aluminum foil… which we used while down there. They provide a starter kit but still needed additional laundry soap and dishwasher soap (we left our remaining for the next family too). All the sinks even had hand soap which was helpful and unexpected. We had brought some down too… so save space in your car packing that! My teenage son slept in the reading nook all week and said it was comfortable, storage under for his clothing. He didn’t want to sleep in the bunks with his younger sister. My sister slept on the lower level too (queen bed room) which was a comfort as a parent with my teenage daughter down there in the bunk room. We enjoyed movies in the evening on the comfortable couch and listening to the records while playing Uno after dinner. The pool temperature was very comfortable and the walk to the beach was very short. We went to Pier Park a few times for additional activities and that was only 15 minutes away. Our only complaint was there was a lot of construction across the street as they are preparing to build a house and was clearing the lot of trees. So no sleeping in! But this was not the homeowners fault of course and is not a long term issue. Only recommendation is more kitchen towels. There are only 2 and one more would be perfect. Also, we continue to encourage people to clean up after themselves. Pool toy area was a dirty mess and grill was never cleaned up. We took care of both while we were there and purchased a new grill brush in hopes the next renters will take care of the home as they would their own. This house is obviously the homeowner’s personally loved vacation spot. We hope to return one day ourselves to enjoy it again! Thank you for sharing it with us!

Thanksgiving getaway

The home is beautiful. It has a quaint and cozy feel yet plenty of room for 4 adults and 5 teenagers. We were a very short walk to the white sandy beach, though there are parking spaces if you want to bring your beach gear. The heated pool was great for all of us, the back yard was especially pretty when lit up at night. We found the beds comfy after a long day of play. The owners were attentive and quickly resolved an issue with the pool. This home had everything we had hoped for. It was a much needed getaway, we had a blast.

The house is beautiful! You have everything you need along with many extras. We spend most days at the awesome pool. Beach access definately within walking distance but there are parking spaces so we drove over with all our stuff. We really hope to return very soon!

Perfection

The home was perfect. Everything was clean and as seen in the pictures. The beds were so comfortable. We really appreciated the throws in the living room.The pool area was great and had plenty of seating. The distance to the beach was actually shorter than we expected. There's parking at the beach access which was also nice.

Very nice

Clean modern furnishings, nice location. Pool had option to heat. However, temp was fine without heating. Pool medium sized, so not great for laps. But very nicely maintained. Would stay again.
