This condo is located in the John-Henry-Noad House, built in 1750 as the royal store of Quebec, "La Friponne", and rebuilt in 1845, restored in 1986, the building combines its Scottish brick façade and preserved masonry with modern comfort, offering a unique stay in a piece of Quebec's heritage.
The open plan living area is spacious and unique with a curved exterior wall offering spectacular views of the park and the Gare du Palais, this welcoming space includes a sofa bed perfect for relaxing or watching TV as well as a dining table with four chairs for meals or work, a small desk is also available offering additional work space and a bookcase filled with various books is at your disposal, two additional chairs are provided to accommodate your guests, the large windows bathe the room with natural light creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove and microwave ensuring everything you need to prepare meals at home, its practical and functional layout makes it easy to prepare meals while enjoying the comfort of the condo
The bedroom offers a large queen bed with soft linens for a restful sleep and an authentic stone wall that adds a unique charm to the space, a large wardrobe allows for unpacking and settling in comfortably making this room a peaceful refuge after a day of exploring the city
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and shower. Ideal for quick showers or relaxing baths, a stacked washer and dryer are located in the bathroom making it easy to maintain laundry during your stay, fresh towels are provided and there is space for your personal toiletries.
For teleworking or studying, the dining table by the window offers a bright and comfortable workspace complemented by super-fast 375 Mbps Wi-Fi perfect for video calls, streaming and other online needs.
A private parking space is included in the backyard, a rare luxury in such a sought-after neighborhood, this exclusive amenity makes it easy for visitors arriving by car to get around.

Housekeeping only covers cleaning after your departure, you are responsible for keeping the apartment clean and in good condition during your stay, additional cleaning services are available for a fee
Access is via an internal staircase with 32 metal steps of normal inclination, there is no elevator, please consider this if you have mobility concerns or are carrying heavy luggage
The unit does not have air conditioning, but portable fans are provided to help keep you comfortable during the warmer months.
