This lovely one bedroom, corner, second floor condominium offers lots of sunlight and a refreshing coastal breeze, plus it’s only a two-minute walk to the beach. The Seaside shuttle is available year-round to take you to many points of interest and electric bike rentals are available across the street. Five minutes from the Funk Zone, Santa Barbara pier and fabulous restaurants. This complex known as El Escorial is in a beautiful tropical resort type setting. If you are looking for tranquil, private accommodations in Santa Barbara this is the perfect vacation rental or interim housing. Once you arrive you won't want to leave!
