Downtown Condo with Incredible Mountain Views

The Vélo Mountainview Condo is the perfect city getaway.  It's a balance of luxury living and chic downtown environment.  It's located in a very safe and very walkable neighborhood in the middle on the famous Library Square District, where there are lots of interesting cafes, restaurants, and attractions nearby.  There is a trolley stop about a block from the condo which can take you to any of the attractions in Salt Lake City within a few minutes.  Our guests have raved about this neighborhood more than any of our other homes.

Travelers looking for modern amenities will love the rooftop patio with it's oversized hot tub, fireplace, comfortable lounge chairs, with breathtaking views of the snow-capped Rocky Mountains.  If you feel like staying inside, there is an on-site indoor movie theater that screens free movies from time to time, or you can reserve the whole theater if you'd prefer to do a private movie screening.  There is also a large 24-hour fitness center that has plenty of high-end cardio machines, free weights, and cable machines that will satisfy even the most avid exercise enthusiast.  Parking is free and is located in a secure indoor garage out of the weather.  One parking spot is free and if you need a second spot, let us know ahead of time and we can reserve one for you, upon availability.

The condo unit itself is furnished with much nicer furniture and décor than you're going to find in other vacation rentals.  The bed has an ultra-comfortable memory gel mattress, plus we provide several different styles of pillows to satisfy any sleeper; whether you're a side-sleeper, back-sleeper, or stomach sleeper, we'll have a pillow for you to choose.  In addition to the several TVs in the common lounges throughout the property, your unit has a large TV in the living room with several streaming services loaded on them that are ready for you to log into.  We provide a deluxe self-inflating Aerobed kit with its own sheets, blankets, and pillows that can be set up in the living room.

Finding a safe vacation rental in a downtown urban environment is important.  That's why we bought this condo - it's located in a very safe neighborhood that is walkable, plus the condo complex was built with security in mind; nobody gets onto the property without an electronic key.  The parking is extremely secure, with multiple safety and security features throughout the indoor garage.  We own three units within this condo complex, so let us know if you need more space since we can offer discounts if you rent more than one.
