The room was a really good size, in a great location. However the double beds were short and my feet were hanging off the end (am only 5'10"). The kitchenette was useful, but whenever the fridge cycled on it was very loud, and we were told that this was normal.

Good Location. Spacious.

This hotel is well located in the upmarket area of Georgetown close to shops restaurants and public transport. It is also close to stops on the hop-on hop-off tourist bus. Although not new, it is clean and well maintained. Our two bedroom appartment was practical and comfortable. Breakfast is included in the price and overall it is a great place for families and groups to stay. We didnt have much need to deal with the staff but when we did they were courteous and helpful.

Stayed here for five nights on vacation. Hotel is in the process of being refurbished. Unfortunately the room next to ours was being worked on during our stay, so it was quite noisy during the day. Our room was the old style and was quite outdated, but the refreshed rooms look very nice.

If you need internet don't stay here

The internet connection was dreadful. I complained every day over my 8 day stay. I spoke with staff, management and technicians, and it never improved. 5 minutes on and at least 15 minutes off. Extremely frustrating and with deadlines to meet and international Skype calls to make, very stressful.

Lovely accommodation in gorgeous Georgetown

Accommodation close to the gorgeous Georgetown with restaurants and shops on the doorstep. Walking distance to DC, about half an hour, or the bus stop to DC less than 5 minutes walk.

Best nights sleep I've ever had!

Room was much bigger than I was expecting! My bed was a king, full sized kitchen and spacious desk. Basically an appartment rather than a hotel. Also the best ️Bed I've ever slept in. Location was perfect, right near the waterfront and shopping strip. Wish I could have stayed longer than one night

Great value for money stay.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was wonderful with our own kitchen facilities and decent sized bathroom. Self laundry and 24 hour Espresso facilities are complementary to guests. The included breakfast is comprehensive. All in all great value for money. The only complaint I had was that wireless internet was unreliable and very slow at times.

Great stay but lousy weather

Close to transport. 1st time in Washington DC took a while to locate and master the Metro Train System. I have found most cities in the US do not understand that interstate visitors and international guests, which i am one, have a lot of trouble understanding how to get started and use your rail and bus networks. The hotel was easy to find and was grateful to staff who made me feel welcome.
