For cycling enthusiasts, the Townsend Greenway is only five minutes away, providing access to bike rentals and the acclaimed Vee Hollow trail network, with 14 miles of mountain biking trails for all skill levels. The Little River, also just minutes away, is a haven for water activities, including fishing, tubing, kayaking, or simply cooling off in its crystal-clear swimming holes.
Golfers will appreciate the access to the beautiful Wild Laurel Golf Course, right within the Laurel Valley community. Townsend itself offers a charming mix of dining options, from riverfront burger joints to elegant lodge-style restaurants. For a taste of adventure, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg are an easy 40-minute drive away, accessible via a scenic mountain route.

• While the cabin’s guest limit is 7 and supplies are provided for this occupancy, an additional guest may be permitted if the bedding is adequate for your friends/family.
• Towels for the pool and hot tub are not provided. Guests are advised to bring extra towels
• Roads leading to the cabin are wide, paved, and steep. 4WD is not necessary except in inclement weather. There are not steep drop offs in this neighborhood. Driveway is FLAT, and very easily accessible.
• There is an exterior security camera on property facing the driveway.
