Located just off 111/Palm Canyon Drive, you’ll be centrally located to all the desert has to offer with Palm Springs, Rancho Mirage, and Palm Desert just a short drive away! This home is perfectly positioned on a nearly half acre expansive lot with an ideal north/south orientation. The exterior has recently undergone a full transformation and landscape renovation front and back. The home has been thoughtfully designed with a curated mix of mid century and contemporary designer furnishings, decor, and art.

Guests will be responsible for the actual Gas & Electric Utilities Cost. A utility deposit of $1500/month will be due 14-days prior to check-in and unused amounts will be reimbursed.

Dogs must be pre-approved, Maximum 2, $3/dog/day.
