beautiful but cleaning should have been done prior to arrival
Once we started to run into problems we talked to manager who offer to refund the first night and move us to another property or clean the unit the day after we arrived. Once we put our things away we realized the ac was not cooling and there was dust in surfaces, behind night stands, baseboards..., ok, was not going to say anything but Im allergic to dust and during the night my husband felt somethig falling over his face, in the morning when we shut the stupid fan that makes weird noise from the material is made of, notice it was black on top and sides from all the dust, we understand you don't notice these things unless you turn the fan off so cleaning people might miss it but there should be some kind of periodic inspection of these things and some deep cleaning. Since we loved the view and the lay out of the condo we didn't want to move so my husband got the ladder and cleaned two of the three fans so the following night wouldnt have same problem. When we arrived we were so excited about the view that didnt notice the shades were down in the bedroom except for one so in the morning when we were going to open them except for the one on the far left, indicated on the instructions, the other two wouldn't go up, only one, then it became a game, wait for people for the ac, wait for the shades to be checked, wait to come back with batteries, then its not the batteries, to leave them down the rest of the time since it couldnt get fixed during our stay. Management sucks!!!!!
