The Space:
Welcome to our home! This duplex features two identical units, one on each side, both remodeled and furnished in the same style. Upon arrival, you’ll notice how close we are to Downtown Sevierville, yet tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood. All access roads are city-maintained, flat, and easy to navigate even in colder months, with a little caution.
When you arrive, you’ll park in the shared driveway, with space for two cars. Head to your unit and enter the code into the lock. As you step inside, you’ll find yourself in the living room—feel free to hang your belongings in the coat closet near the front door. The spacious living and dining area invites you to relax, and you’ll find laundry appliances conveniently located in the closet next to the dining table.
Continue through the kitchen, and you’ll discover a brand new, spacious hot tub just outside. We take extra care by draining and cleaning the hot tubs after each guest, and treating them with bromine to accommodate guests with chlorine allergies.
Back inside, just down the hallway, you’ll find two cozy bedrooms, each with a king-sized bed, a comfy mattress, and its own closet. The hallway also leads to your bathroom, which features a beautifully remodeled stand-up tile shower and a brand new vanity—perfect for unwinding.
