Gather around the large flat screen TV for movie night. (one of the couches is a queen sleeper to accommodate 2) The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream and makes meal preparation a breeze. Tools and utensils for all types of meal and snack prep are at your fingertips.
There is also a convenient half bath as well as a full washer and dryer on this floor.

Up one flight are all the bedrooms, providing peaceful retreats after your days of beach activities. The king-sized primary has an en suite bath with tiled walk-in shower. Enjoy a nightcap on the private balcony and watch the Moon Dance on the Gulf!
Next door is the second king bedroom which also features a Gulf front balcony. Down the hall is the third king bedroom and a loft featuring a full-sized bed....a perfect spot for the kids!

The ground floor has a private hot/cold shower and there is a charcoal grill available.

This is a non pet friendly home, smoking is not allowed in the home or on the balconies and no events are permitted.
Minimum age to rent is 25.
