Guests will have access to the entire condo during their stay. A keypad entry system makes check-in seamless and secure.

Ukrainian Village in Chicago, established in the late 19th century, became a hub for Ukrainian immigrants seeking work and community. By the early 20th century, it flourished with Ukrainian churches, cultural institutions, and businesses. Though the neighborhood has diversified, it remains a stronghold of Ukrainian heritage, with historic architecture, vibrant festivals, and local landmarks like the Ukrainian National Museum.

Please be advised there are security cameras at every entry point to the property that are monitored 24/7. There are noise alert systems in the property that alert us immediately if noise goes above preset decibel levels. In the event the noise alert is activated and/or if unapproved visitors access the property the authorities will be contacted immediately.

Parties, gatherings and unapproved guests are strictly prohibited.

Smoking and vaping of ANY substance is prohibited.

Do not leave food or debris that can attract pests.

When checking out do not leave windows open and doors unlocked.

Please do not cook anything that leaves a lingering odor.

Please take off shoes after entering the unit.

Do not adhere or tape ANYTHING to walls and surfaces.

Do not use white towels, sheets, washcloths to remove make up ($10 fee per towel will be charged).

Please observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM.

Loud music, voices, vibrations or any audible disturbance loud enough to disturb neighbors is prohibited.

Neighbor relations are critical for the health of our listing. We expect neighbors and other guests to be treated with respect and dignity.

Please report anything that is not working or broken.

loud music, television, media, voices, etc.

Neighbor relations are critical. It is our expectation that all guests will treat the neighbors with respect and courtesy at all times

Please let us know if anything breaks or is damaged

Please do not use towels and linens to remove make up ($10 fee per towel/linen charge).

Please place used/dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the dishwasher before checking out
