This bright, brand new, ground-level 1-bedroom unit offers stunning mountain views and shared hot tubs overlooking the sunset. -We offer 24/7 messaging but cannot always offer maintenance or staff to attend after 5 pm or before 9 am. We will do our best to resolve your needs and requests as quickly as possible once we have staff available.

-We offer just about everything you need to get started such as coffee, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc but please understand we offer enough to start your trip and any extras you need you will be responsible for.

This rental is located in a quiet, safe, suburban neighborhood with amazing mountain views!

Layout:

All living spaces, including the bedroom, office, kitchen, and family room, are conveniently located on the ground floor.

Outdoor Living:

Enjoy three separate deck areas with stunning mountain views, Adirondack chairs, and a hot tub. These outdoor spaces are shared with the other unit. The hot tub is available seasonally from October through the end of May.

First Floor Living:

Relax in the cozy family room with a 55-inch Smart TV equipped with streaming apps, and enjoy the convenience of a pull-out couch.

Kitchen:

A brand-new, fully stocked kitchen with a table that seats six, and modern appliances, perfect for preparing meals.

Office:

Need to squeeze in a Zoom call or catch up on emails? Our spacious office is equipped with a large desk, comfortable chair, and plenty of room to work and relax.

General:

Central air conditioning, ample outdoor space, free on-site parking, complimentary toiletries, towels, linens, a laundry room with a washer and dryer, and a Pack 'n Play for little ones.

Two driveway spaces and one on-street parking spot are available for your convenience.

You will need a car to get around, you can easily get an Uber or Lyft as well

Other Details to Note:

☀️ There is not an actual mattress, this just expands the couch into a full size
sleeping bed/ area by adding an extra couch cushion. We provide bedding for this as well.

☀️ The outdoor patios and hot tub are shared spaces, similar to a hotel setting.

☀️ The thermostat for the entire house is located in the other unit. There is a set minimum and maximum temperature range to ensure your comfort. If you need any adjustments, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

☀️ Security cameras are installed on the outside premises, including the driveway and outdoor backyard area, for your safety and security.
