Mountain Side Alpine Condo on Peak Eight
Step into the "Familie Wynne Hütte," a transport yourself to a cozy European mountain retreat for your next holiday. This year-round location is ideal for two couples looking for fresh mountain air, unique shops and fine dining. Newly renovated and decorated with unique European antiques, this condo is on the free shuttle line, one stop from the base of Peak 8 for skiing or hiking and a 5-minute ride down the mountain into Breckenridge.
Located on the top floor, this condo gives you the feeling of being in a mountain treehouse. Although it is up two flights of stairs, the condo is quiet and private. There are two queen-bed rooms (one with a dedicated workspace), two separate full bathrooms, and a washer/dryer in the unit for guest use. Each room and the main living room have Smart-TVs, so no need to compromise on what to watch. Interested in staying in for meals and watching movies or playing games in front of the electric fireplace, the fully equipped kitchen opens up to the living area and provides plenty of room and utensils for creating culinary delights. There is also a propane grill on the balcony. And a special treat is starting or ending your day at the hot tub conveniently located in the building next door with a (plastic) glass of wine, beer or bubbly. Of course, remember to drink plenty of water!!

We are not on site 24/7 and your access to the unit will be via keyless entry. However, there is a property manager who is available in the event of any problems. Instructions for contacting him are in the unit.

This is a condo complex near Peak 8. Walking trails, bus routes, Gondola, and other neighborhoods are in the area.
Free city bus, free Gondola and walking trails are nearby. Parking is on-site.
There are spaces for two cars in the free parking lot. Ideally, you can park your car(s) during your stay and use public transportation the whole time. During ski season, parking permits are required. There are two permits in the unit and cost $150 each if they go missing.
Also, the hot tub building requires a key card for entry. It also has a $150 charge if it goes missing.
