Amazing oceanfront contemporary shingle style cottage. Enjoy exceptional views of the waterfront from this bright and airy home. A full length rear deck facing the water provides a wonderful spot for outdoor living. Open the doors in the living room or master bedroom to the ocean breeze and sounds of the harbor. Guests are treated to scenic views of lobster boats on the working waterfront, a variety of birds and beautiful flower gardens. Enjoy the well appointed kitchen, open concept living and cathedral ceilings. The TV room on the 1st floor can be converted to a third bedroom with a full size sofa bed. Upstairs is a queen size bedroom with en suite bath. This peaceful setting is within walking distance to the town landing where you can enjoy swimming and boating and is situated close to attractions in Damariscotta, the Pemaquid region and the Camden/Rockland area. This house is sure to set your vacation off on the right foot!
