A quaint place to call home while away from home.

This is the most cozy, cute and convenient place in the city. As a nurse displaced from her home in a city that I didn't know anything about; the owner gave great direction and was in constant communication with anything I needed. This place is within walking distance to all my needs (markets, parks, site seeking, and of course the hospital in which I worked). Thank you for this find!

Don't think twice - wonderful experience!

If I could give more stars, I would. Communication was extraordinary and my family and I could not have been more taken care of from prior to our departure up until we returned home. I really cannot stay enough great things about our entire experience. A great place in a phenomenal location with everything you could ask for. Good stay!

This studio apartment is very well planned and equipped for a comfortable stay, even for longer visits. Good working kitchen, washer/dryer, great rain shower, comfortable bed. It's location was perfect for me. The owner Nir is very attentive and helpful.

We stayed for 1 week. Owner easy to work with. Apartment had all amenities and couldn't be in a better location. We walked everywhere....Brooklyn, 9/11 site, Battery Park, Central Park, Times Square, Whitney Museum, Chelsea Market, HighLine. Would stay here again.

Excellent Village Location

Nir's apartment is a lovely place to enjoy time in Greenwich Village with a terrific selection of restaurants and easy transportation to all parts of the city. We spent two weeks here and found the apartment to be quiet during the night hours and well equipped with all the necessities-- even a washer/dryer. Nir was always easy to reach if we had any questions and checked in with us to make sure we arrived safely as we came quite late in the evening. He was an excellent host. If you want to spend time in the heart of the Village, this is a good choice.

Great Village property

Updated apartment very comfortable and located in the heart of the Greenwich Village scene. Located in the back of the building the apartment was very quiet despite the late night activity on the street. The owner is easily contacted and available to address any issues.

Perfect location, clean and a great host.

We had a hiccup with our schedule that Nir quickly resolved by letting us check in early. He made sure we had everything we needed and he checked in regularly to make sure all was OK. The location is perfect, great restaurants and venues steps from your door. We'll be back.

A pleasant stay

Studio rdc avec 2 gds lits, pour 4 pers.ou - /avec tout ce qu'il faut , bien chauffé,bien situé.

Métro à 2-3 min à pied. Bistrots ,supérette tout autour. Soho , nolita, West village pas loin, joignables à pied. Et enfin un propriétaire très sympathique , à l'écoute , très aidant lors de notre arrivée et joignable très facilement. Bonne literie. Nous ne pouvons que recommander ce pied-à -terre aux voyageurs.

Perfect spot in Greenwich Village!

Outstanding from start to finish! The location is perfect, close to restaurants, coffee shops, subway, Washington Square Park. It’s a great little apartment, very clean and very well stocked. The washer/dryer was a bonus as well. Nir was great, the whole process was smooth from booking to check-out. He gave some great recommendations for restaurants and checked in periodically throughout the week to see if we needed anything. Always quick to respond to email and text and never intrusive. We will be back again and will definitely stay here again. Loved it and highly recommend it!!

Good location and all necessities

Nir was very helpful and communicative. The location was very handy for me with lots of very close healthy eating. I might have liked more natural light but that's my only tiny issue as the curtain tie backs were not around. The place was nice and clean. I really liked that my neice from Brooklyn could spend the night on the convertible futon couch. Oh-a multi electric strip near the bedside would be a nice convenience.

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is great in the center of Manhatten with a nice neighborhood and a subway station near by. The appartment is beautiful, just look at the pictures. Nir was very freindly and helpfull.

Une situation idéale! Un hôte charmant!

Très bon séjour, dans un quartier à voir absolument! Proche de toutes les commodités, certes, mais bien plus encore! Des bars et restaurants très sympas, des clubs de jazz et un club de blues (que je conseille fortement) à moins de 5 minutes à pied, une ambiance qui correspond tellement à l'idée que l'on se fait de New York! L'appartement est très bien agencé, situé au RDC, ce qui est bien pratique et son mur en briques le rend très typique. La salle de bain aurait peut-être besoin d'un rafraîchissement mais est cependant très fonctionnelle. Nir est très accueillant et attentif à notre bien-être, un hôte irréprochable du début à la fin.

Fantastic!!!

What a wonderful way to enjoy our New York City adventure! This is the best location in NYC! The neighborhood is friendly and inviting! Nir met us at the rental and showed us all around. He was incredibly friendly and welcoming. He checked with us multiple times during our stay and this could not have been a better place to stay. The apartment had everything we needed for a week long stay...safety, security, COFFEE, laundry in the unit, and a bath tub. This is a hot commodity in NYC! The apartment was minutes from the subway and tons of shopping which my 11 year old took full advantage of. There are wonderful and delicious restaurants and the deli next door was a life saver. It is always open and has really fresh food all day. I loved the high ceilings in the apartment and the beautiful chandelier was a nice touch. Very comfortable beds and quiet in the evenings. I was a little worried that with the nightlife in the area, it would be loud but there was no noise at all!! I highly recommend you check out this lovely apartment. Thank you Nir for being such a fabulous host! We will contact you again!!

Couldn't have hoped for more . . . .

My 15 year old daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our few days in the City and staying at Nir's charming West Village studio made that all possible. Nir was as responsive as could be - replying immediately to scheduling messages and answering small questions about the cable box so we could be sure to see the Olympics. We appreciated very much that he arranged for us to leave our bags in the apartment in advance of the official check in time because who wants to schlepp bags around NYC? I went to law school at NYU many moons ago and it was fun to be right around the corner. I love that area of town for walking and people watching - plenty of great cafes and easy access to Soho, Chelsea and subway lines to everywhere else. The studio was well appointed - with all of the necessities and a few unexpected amenities (e.g. washer/dryer). Silverware and plates were a bit out of reach for this shorty but nothing a chair won't solve. All in all - the apartment was great and I would recommend the experience to any and everyone (except that I want it to be available for my next trip :-) — Mo (Mom and Daughter from Berkeley, CA)

First of all, I can scarcely imagine a more convenient location from which to explore Manhattan.

Nir has a fantastic place! The unit is immediately adjacent to a well-appointed deli that has nearly anything you'd need. The unit itself is located on the ground floor, yet is set far enough within the building, so as to muffle most all street and traffic noises. I slept like a baby in the comfortable queen size bed. Striking antique chandelier is the focal point of a surprisingly large living space with gorgeous high ceilings and a brick wall. A foodie'so dream, the unit is steps away from some of New York's best eateries and watering holes. I would not hesitate to book with Nir again and I hope the space is available when I return. Nir was most helpful in directing us to points of interest nearby, and was careful to illustrate and explain all the features available in the unit. Wonderful stay. Thanks, Nir!!😙

FANTASTIC LOCATION, LOVELY CLEAN APARTMENT, NICE OWNER

Nir was lovely to deal with, he met us at the apartment and showed us how to work everything. The apartment is ground floor and I was very glad not to be carting our suitcases upstairs. It is very secure as there are locked double entry doors to get through and then the apartment has a deadbolt as well. Windows open into and inner courtyard so also safe. The kitchen area is very well set up and easy to use with a full size fridge, there is a large grocery store 2 short blocks away for supplies or Whole Foods is up on 14th street or on East Houston, both about a 20 min walk. There is the biggest washer/dryer set I have ever seen and they were easy to use to wash our clothes and the linen as we stayed for 2 weeks. We love Greenwich Village area and this was a fantastic location right on Bleeker St, it was a short walk to west 4th St subway stn to take you to most areas of the city, for Brooklyn we walked up to 14th st and caught the subway from Union Sq. It is a short walk into Soho, West Village and East Village and TriBeCa areas. If your vegertarian or vegan (as my daughter is) there are so many places to eat in this area. We really enjoyed By Chloe which was on the cnr of our block. If your looking for real coffee that is also available just around the cnr. We walked and walked which is our favourite way of discovering NY and then had a soak in the bath of a night - the shower water pressure is also amazing. For convenience, cost, safety and owner service I would highly recommend renting this apartment for your NY stay.

Great Apartment....Great Location

The apartment was great, very clean and well maintained. It had everything we needed, even though we were not there a lot since there are so many activities and attractions that kept us busy. The area is great, a lot of great restaurants & bars within walking distance, shops, subways, everything is close by. Nir's customer service was excellent. He was waiting on us when we arrived and went over all the apartment details, plus gave us restaurant and subway tips, all were very helpful. When we go back, we definitely will stay in Greenwich Village and will definitely contact Nir to see what apartments he has available.

Fun Greenwich Village visit!!!

This sweet apt is smack dab in the middle of the "action" and everything you presumed the Village to be. Secure and quiet because it's at the rear of the building and a blessed first-floor location which is welcomed after an active day. We're an older couple and we go to a different NY neighborhood whenever we visit. This was definitely the most interesting with the most activity. The apt has everything you need for a comfortable stay and near a Subway stop which is a pre-requisite for us.

Excellent stay in an amazing city!

We came to NYC for the first time and we're not disappointed! Upon arriving, Nir was waiting, helped us with our bags and showed us every detail of the apt. We stayed a week and then my daughters stayed another week. Both times Nir was on point! The apartment was clean, comfortable and conveniently located to a cute deli, some great restaurants and the Subway. After our stay, our deposit was promptly returned. This is definitely where we will stay for now on. I highly recommend this property!

Great cozy location in the heart of it all!

Nir was very easy to work with and was very prompt in all his responses. The apartment is very quiet, comfortable and well equipped. Perfect location, great apt

My two daughters and I stayed here for three nights in July 2015 and had an amazing experience. Location is important in NYC and this apt has everything including location. This neighborhood is fun, with some of the best restaurants/bakeries in NYC within a couple of blocks. The subway is also within a few blocks and the neighborhood feels safe when coming home late. The quiet apt was spotless, beds were very comfortable, AC worked great, and kitchen was well equipped. This apt had everything we needed for our stay. There is a market/grocery store down the street, 24 hrs pharmacy across the street. The owner was friendly and professional. He was prompt when meeting us to give us the keys and prompt in refunding the deposit. When we return to NYC, we plan on staying in this apt again!
