Our apt has a “cabin in the woods” vibe on a hill in Over-the-Rhine with a private terrace & cozy seating. You’re steps from Findlay Market, breweries, bars, restaurants and shops. The University of Cincinnati & FCC soccer stadium are walking distance or a short Uber away. We’re also down the hill from all major hospitals (Children’s, UC, Christ).

*Please keep in mind the area is undergoing revitalization & in the city so you’ll hear all the typical city noise! We want to ensure a good fit

This home is a duplex and was renovated in 2017 with a cozy outdoor terrace. This lower level unit is fully furnished and an open concept with a bedroom, a full bathroom, a stocked kitchen, living room, and dining room.

The bedroom has a (VERY comfortable) queen size bed and full closet with hangers, iron, fan and extra blankets.

In the kitchen, you'll have all you need to cook - including silverware, plates, bowls, glasses, pots and pans, refrigerator, oven, microwave, Keurig & coffee/tea. Please let us know in advance if there are other items you may need!

Entrance to this unit will be around the back by taking the stairs to the right of the house. There is a Nest lock with a code we will provide (the last 4 digits of your phone number).

Parking is free and on the street. You shouldn’t have any issue getting a spot!

Please request the code for our laundry closet - this is typically locked but we can grant access if you wish to use the washer & dryer.

Over-the-Rhine (OTR) is known as one of the nation's premier historic districts with significant growth and revitalization in recent years, including the Cincinnati Bell Connector (street car), a continually growing brewery district, Washington Park, Findlay Market, and countless restaurants, bars and shops.

If you walk down the Ohio Ave steps adjacent to the property, you'll find yourself steps away from Northern Row brewery, Skeleton Root Urban Winery, Rhinegeist Brewery, Odd Fellows Liquor Bar, Urban Axes (Axe Throwing), the street car, Findlay Market, and over 20-30 restaurants and shops.

The Cincinnati Bell Connector (street car) has 2 stations nearby - one at Elm and Findlay and another at Race and Elder, right by Findlay Market (see map in photos).

Many attractions are also walking distance, or Uber or Lyft are available.

General Rules:
1) Please be kind to our neighbors and keep noise down after 10pm.
2) Please remove shoes at the door.
3) If you are found to have more than the # of guests indicated on your reservation or communicated to us, we reserve the right to ask you to vacate the premises or pay an additional fee.
4) Be sure to let us know of any pets staying with you. We require a $30 per night per pet fee paid in advance of your stay. 2 pets max
