My husband and I have been hosting on Airbnb with tons of good reviews for 12 years.. We just signed up for VRBO so no reviews yet. We enjoy gardening and landscaping our home to create a retreat like setting. We love traveling mainly to visit our grandkids.

We enjoy our peaceful neighborhood with a 10 minute walk to the beach and a beautiful hike around a nature preserve.
What makes this property unique
The garden home is accessible to stores and shops, 10 minute drive to Santa Barbara, but feels like it’s out and away from the busyness of the town.
