*Ring Security cameras are in use on front of house facing the driveway, and on back of the house facing the patio/dock. There are no cameras inside the house.
*There are train tracks next to this neighborhood. Trains pass through 1-2 times per day, this noise is heard from the house.

About the host
Hosted by Renee Annette Holzer

I was born and raised in Houston County, Minnesota. I know this area like the back of my hand, and I would love to share this unique area with you! This area has so much natural beauty to offer, come spend time in our corner of the world.
Why they chose this property
This neighborhood is a piece of paradise on the Mississippi River. It's location in Brownsville, MN offers you a piece of Americana...the quiet small-town life so few get to enjoy anymore. The neighborhood has a couple other vacation rentals blended in, but it is made up of primarily full-time residents. It is quiet and safe.
What makes this property unique
Our home construction was completed in fall 2024, so it fresh and new! It is architectural beauty, designed to be an oasis of modern Scandanavian design.
