Romantic 2 Bedroom Cabin in Gatlinburg

Just 8 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg - Cupids Arrow is a 2 bedroom and 2 bath cabin that can sleep up to 4 guests.

You can enjoy relaxing in front of the gas fireplace, shoot a game of pool on the pool table, or wind down in the jacuzzi tub or hot tub on the covered deck. A full kitchen, washer/dryer and FREE wireless internet are provided for your convenience.

The main level suite includes a queen bed with upgraded bedding, flat screen TV and DVD player. Head upstairs to the loft game room and shoot a game of pool, or relax in the adjoining loft enclosed bedroom sleeping area with jacuzzi tub. For additional guests, the upstairs bedroom includes a queen sized bed.

A nice couples retreat

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin was in a great area for trips to downtown Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. The cabin itself was very nice and peaceful. The only area for potential would the mattress in the upstairs room is rather worn, but otherwise the stay was phenomenal!

Not Clean. Fireplace didn't work. Jacuzzi was nasty.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Absolutely loved the location of the cabin. Very peaceful and relaxing scenery. Other than that, no we weren't happy with it. It needed dusted from top to bottom, dust everywhere, along with cobwebs all in the upstairs. We go to turn on fireplace and the only thing that would turn on was the pilot light. They did have maintenance come out but he couldn't fix it. Then, the jacuzzi upstairs needed cleaned. When we turned on the jets black stuff come out of the jets and turned the water so nasty so we had to get out. I sent photos in to them to show them. If I could post them here I would so people could see.

The cabin was very clean with comfortable beds and furniture. The property mgr called after we checked in to make sure all was well. The only reason I didn’t give an overall 5 was because we expected the recliner, which was in the pictures. Hubs has to sleep in a recliner but we made do with lots of pillows. If we ever return to the area we definitely would stay in Elk Springs Resort.

Overall - Good Trip

The upstairs bed was very sqeaky and water pressure was not very good. The outside deck (and house) had many cobwebs & spiders, but you are in the mountains! And bears are no joke! We came across 3 during our stay. We did all the tourist stuff like Dollywood, Anakeesta, Wax Museum, Pirates Voyage Dinner Show. Only issue we encountered was our GPS kept taking us through the mountains - we preferred to take the long way around. The roads are winding, hilly, and scary to drive, especially at night! Would return again, but probably in a larger cabin.

Worst experience ever, super disappointing don’t go here!

Reviewer Comments: First off made a reservation with my credit card elks called to say it’s not working and was declined. on my end i was on the phone with the credit card company saying there was nothing wrong with my card and it shouldn’t have happened. So Dan the “manager “ took it upon himself to charge my card 6 different the tune of $7000.00 dollars WITHOUT my permission. The next day when I tried to resolve it explaining to him to talk to my card company who said it was a merchant problem he said I was the scammer and cancelled my reservation on the spot being disrespectful and demeaning. He said I had to wait the 7-10 business days for it to roll off my card when he is the one who did it!!!saying I had to now book online for my cabin at a higher rate! So I did have to book as not to lose my airfare also I had already paid for! So we finally get there to an unclean cabin, bug filled with webs everywhere ,dirty pillows with who knows what ‘s on it-ridiculous signs telling us what to do and not do on a vacation? Go figure they present this property as a nice resort atmosphere when it’s really run down cabins! We constantly got texts from elks about everything to the point of being annoying! read the bbb complaints they blame all of us customers for everything not taking responsibility for anything. Time to train from the top in hospitality but the way I was treated by the “manager “ why would I expect anything more!! Whoever is running this place needs new employees. You got my money which was Dan’s goal to charge us more than what was quoted originally and oh yeah the travel insurance is at their discretion so don’t fall for it like we did another scam! We ended up leaving this gross place early as the beds and furniture suck too! Who can sleep on a lumpy old mattress that’s filthy. There are great places other than this . I’m sure they’ll say it’s my fault that the cabin was

However while surfaces looked clean there was fecal matter in a ring under rim of upstairs toilet, spatula and several kitchen items were stored with food crusted on, etc. and why is there not Kleenex in the cabins. While sounds like little things it made a lot suspect for cleanliness.

Why a basketball hoop out front?

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The first thing you notice upon getting there is the basketball hoop over the front porch. Why? Just why? It seems to take away from how cute the cabin is. The place was clean and cozy. Our fireplace did not work when we got there. We made a pbone call and it fixed wothin the hour. With all the wood you hear every step, every creak. Maybe some area rugs in the bedrooms could muffle the sounds. There are no private conversations inside. You can hear what's going on upstairs from downstairs and vice versa. The pool table was fun. It has veen used a lot so a few of the bumpers have lost some bounce and one pocket hangs at an odd angle. Those were just the quirks of the table that you had to remember as you played. Overall we had a fun experience. It was great for the three of us.

It was very clean and cozy and gave off a romantic vibe. My husband was able to watch sports and we had great service in the area. The cabin was close to others but it was so quiet you hardly knew they was there unless you was leaving the premises . The cabin was conveniently located close to downtown Gatlinburg and that was a whole vibe in itself. Because we enjoyed our stay, we decided to return for our family trip in a few months .
