One bed one bath , fenced yard, and private driveway.
A brand new peaceful and quiet house with lots of sunshine! 1 bed 1 bath house, queen bed and twin size roll out bed in closet. Only 20 minutes to the beach and downtown San Diego, short drive to the mountains for hiking and sightseeing. La Mesa has great restaurants, shopping , and community events. WiFi, smart tv, new appliances, heat, ac, fully equipped kitchen, coffee, tea, patio. Important - for the month of February, a driveway is being installed at the adjacent house so it may be noisy during work hours Monday through Friday.
