About this property

Welcome to our Gulf Shores home! We invite you to enjoy the beach and our seasonally heated outdoor pool without the crowds of higher density complexes. Our two bedroom condo is a bright, airy, and spacious unit with wonderful views of the beach and ocean. The unit is well furnished with a king size bed in the master bedroom, twin beds in the guest room, and a sofa sleeper which sleeps two. The bedrooms and living room have flat screen televisions and DVD players. The dining area comfortably seats up to 6 people. The full kitchen is equipped just like home with plenty of pots, pans, and dishes for dining-in. There is a washer & dryer in the unit and free Wi-Fi available to guests.

Gulf Shores retirement trip

The property was just as described and as the pictures depicted. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. Check in was extremely easy as the directions and guidance provided was very accurate and easy to understand. I would definitely stay in the same condo again and certainly recommend it to friends.

Best Experience for a First-Timer

From check in, to seeing the place at first sight, to the view this place was everything and more. We also unfortunately had a car “die” on us as we checked in on Sat., Elaine our host, worked with us and the parking as I had to get a rental. She took time out of her day to not only square that away but also make sure we were good. Elaine also provided tremendous ideas for dinner. For a first time visitor to the Gulf this spot was perfect. If you have a family of 5 or smaller I cannot suggest this location and Elaine more.

Best view!

We loved our stay in this condo! The views were incredible and like nothing we had experienced before. Absolutely love the balcony with sliding doors to the outside, made it a very comfortable place to sit and enjoy the view even at the hottest time of the year. Plus, it was a safer place to stay with kids! We enjoyed the easy walk out to the pool and beach at all times of the day. We had everything we needed in the condo and Elaine was a very accommodating and helpful host. We will be looking up this place again when we find ourself back in the area, I don't think anything else can compare!

Beautiful Views

We absolutely loved the condo. The glass doors that close in the balcony were awesome. We were able to enjoy being on the balcony even on the rainy days! Elaine was awesome and responded promptly to all our needs/questions we had. She checked on us routinely to make sure we had everything we needed to ensure we had a great week. We would definitely stay again!

Spectacular!

We loved everything about this condo! Very clean, well maintained, well stocked with all your needs while beachin, has sand toys..umbrella…& chairs if needed! AMAZING view!!! Watched dolphins daily from balcony, also saw sea turtle & stingray! LOVED the enclosed balcony…super cool!! Host is easy to reach and communicate with. Pool is well taken care of, and grill was great to have downstairs! Elevators could be kind of slow but was told they’re being replaced at end of season.We will be back! Thanks, Elaine

Wonderful vacation!

The condo was perfect. The twin beds were great for my boys to not have to share a bed! There were some beach chairs and umbrellas in the closet for us to use. I loved that the balcony was fenced in and the doors opened up-less to worry about with a 4 and 5 year old there! Everything was super comfortable and we felt like we were at home for the week! There are 2 elevators and one wasn’t working most of the time we were there. But we overheard an owner saying they were having a meeting about that and had gotten quotes to replace the elevator. Kitchen was stocked with dishes and pots and pans. We cooked breakfast and lunch almost daily and did many dinners too. We did not use the grills that were communal because they were charcoal and didn’t want to be bothered with it! Pool was great, beach was gorgeous. Plenty of linens, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, and laundry soap. We picked up more paper towels, toilet paper, and Kleenex when we went to the store but that was about all we needed! There were even some gladware containers to store leftovers! 10/10 we would rent this condo again!

Wonderful getaway

We had a wonderful time! The condo was perfect. Especially loved the balcony. We may have spent more time on it than the beach. It was especially nice when it rained. We could close the doors and still enjoy the beach. Loved it!

Awesome beach experience

The condo was more than I imagined it would be. This was my 73 year old mothers first beach vacation and I can not express how wonderful it was. She really enjoyed bei g able to sit out on the balcony and watch the waves wash up on the beach. The condo was well furnished with everything needed to prepare meals. I would highly recommend this place and will make it my go to rental for Gulf Shores vacations.

We had a nice stay at the condo. It was clean with a beautiful view. I would highly recommend changing mattress, that was the only downfall. The bed was extremely uncomfortable.

Perfect Long Getaway!

I booked this property for just my daughter and I for her 16th birthday. We are just returning home. I want to say that I will most definitely stay here again on my next visit to Gulf Shores. The location was amazing. I loooooved waking up and being about to go to the balcony/patio and just hang out before my daughter woke up. It was very peaceful. If I had to complain about something it would be the apartment next door was being worked on so it woke me up every morning. Slightly annoying but not horrible. Once I got up I didn’t even hear them. We had one issue there and that was the drain in the front bathroom was slow draining. I messaged the owner and she got back to me VERY QUICKLY and told me how I could fix it or we could not use the bathroom. She has everything needed to fix the drain but we choose not to do it because it was just the two of us. There was 4 beach chairs and umbrellas in the front closet for us to use which was great! Everything we needed we had. Like I said earlier in my experience I will stay here again the next time I come to Gulf Shores!

Such a beautiful view of the ocean

Thanks for opening your beautiful home up to us. The weather was awesome. The dolphins kept us entertained every morning. Also watched a man early Wednesday morning fishing right off the beach catch a shark. The inside condo was very clean and comfortable. The beds slept real good. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need for cooking. Hope to come back again

Amazing view and spacious

The condo was perfect ! It is right on the beach and you can’t beat the view. The room stayed cool due to the help of the sunroom. You can open the sliding doors or keep them just without losing the view !

Fantastic balcony

We are 2 couples and all agree that the balcony is our favorite aspect of this condo. The ocean view included dolphins, a blue heron and lots of fish jumping - all seen from large chairs or the table while playing cards. We also enjoyed being able to take in the view with the balcony air conditioned on the hotter days. Additionally, the kitchen is well stocked, the condo is quiet and the owner has been extremely helpful. My only improvement suggestion would be to add more fill to the outdoor cushions.
