Kingston Resort is a 145-acre community on the beach. The gated entrance provides 24/7 safety and security in this family-friendly environment. The community has a number of walking and biking trails around a series of small lakes and ponds and the ocean. Richmond Park is a subdivision within Kingston Resort. It provides a resort living with beautiful landscaping, multiple swimming pools, and winding sidewalks with a 5-minute walk to the beach.

We wanted a place that was family friendly, close to the beautiful beach, peaceful and relaxing! Our villa in beautiful Kingston Resort meets each of those and more! Our villa is centrally located close to the beach that we enjoy walking on, beautiful pools we love spending time in, and the priceless views with both the Atlantic Ocean and the lake from our condo. This truly is everything South Carolina has to offer right outside our doors.
