This is a high end golf/tennis community and if you're an golfer, a beautiful recently renovated course is on the property. An exclusive resort pool is a 3-5 minute walk from the house the resort pool includes lounge chairs, tables, and kids play area. There is a Sunday BBQ at the tiki bar on-site of the resort pool open for lunches and dinners.

This home is for seasonal rental only, a minimum of 3 months min, rent l is required to book this home. A damage deposit of $ 1,000.00 is required.

All dishes, cleaning supplies and linens and towels are provided. Included is a screened in lanai with patio furniture and a new propane gas grill just outside the lanai. Parking for 1 vehicle in attached garage and one additional vehicle in driveway. Resort rules prohibit pickup trucks of any kind in driveways, they must fit in garage.

The home is fully equipped with everything for your enjoyment including wifi. Cable TV is extra, most users use their own firestick however one is provided on both large screen UHD televisions.
