Welcome to our cozy walk-out basement suite in Ken Caryl Valley.
Located in Ken Caryl Valley with 45 miles of private trails across 4800 acres of private open space. Enjoy hiking or mountain biking right out your for. You will have a completely private basement apartment. Just off of C470 and Ken Caryl, you are 15 minutes to Red Rocks Amphitheatre, 40 minutes to downtown Denver, and 57 miles to skiing.
The space features 2 bedrooms, each with queen beds, 1 bathroom with walk in shower, a kitchenette, a large leather sectional and TV and a separate space equipped with 4 bunk beds.
Please keep in mind that this is a basement space to our family of 5. You will occasionally hear us.

Respect for Neighbors: Please keep noise to a minimum in shared outdoor spaces and be mindful of parking in designated areas.

No Parties or Events: Clarify that the home is for quiet gatherings and family visits, not for parties or events.
