Beautiful Lake Ki Waterfront

Serenity on Lake Ki features a luxury home in a private, forested setting, yet situated on over 150ft of lake frontage. Lake Ki is a peaceful, non-motorboat lake with kayaks and fishing boats leisurely floating by. Elegantly decorated with top notch amenities and a fully stocked kitchen. Inside you'll find high-quality bedding and linens and thoughtful touches to treat you like royalty.

Lake Ki offers plenty of water activities including kayaking, fishing, stand-up paddleboarding and canoeing. All our water-crafts are available for your use without extra charges. We have life-jackets available as well.

Our home is a favorite among return guests and summers book quickly! All our beds, including the pull-out couches offer private rooms, thick memory foam mattresses and quality bedding.

Our main level includes:
* Spacious living room with wall-to-wall views of the lake and a gas fireplace
* Fully stocked kitchen with island and counter seating, and walk-in pantry
* Dining room seats 8 with picture windows to the lake and games for all ages
* Community room with smart TV, forest views and a comfortable pull-out couch (this room can be used a private bedroom with it's double-doors for privacy)
* Half-bathroom (no shower or bathtub)
* Laundry room with full size washer and dryer, and mud room

Upstairs suites feature:
* Spacious upstairs Master Bedroom with king bed, breathtaking lake views, viewing balcony, soaking tub with separate shower, and elegant walk in closet
* Second master suite with Queen size bed, gorgeous lake views and private bath
* Two bunk rooms each with a full and a twin bed with foam mattresses for comfort
* Community room has a Queen sleeper sofa with thick memory foam mattress, views of both lake and forest, Smart TV, games and toys for the kids, and double doors for privacy if used as a bedroom
* Full bathroom upstairs shared by bunk bed rooms and community room

Outdoor Environment:
* Forested private yard - the only neighbors you can see are across the lake!
* Covered patio with seating for 6 and propane grill
* Picnic table for those sunny days lounging in the yard

Coffee stand just a minute away from our driveway entrance, all the restaurants, grocery shopping and stores are 4 miles away, Tulalip Casino and Outlet shopping is 10 miles down the road, and the entire area is filled with parks, lakes, beaches and local restaurants.

Please note: We cannot accommodate weddings, receptions, or bachelor/bachelorette parties out of consideration for our neighbors and our septic system. This is a quiet lake and we are respectful of our neighbors. There are many nearby locations that do offer space for these types of events and would be happy to host you for those special occasions.
