4 Bedrooms: All are located on the second floor #1 - one queen bed, #2 -one queen bed , #3 - one bunk bed with full bottom/twin top, #4 - one full bed. The liuvingroom has a sleeper sofa for 2 as well. Bed linens and bath towels are provided.
2 bathrooms: 1st floor has one bathroom with tub/shower combo, 2nd floor bsthroom has a stall shower
Occupancy Limit: 11
Parking off street for 1 Car (tandem style). Lots of local free and/or paid partking near by.
This is a NO smoking cottage

Pet-Friendly : 2 dog maximum, with an additional pet/clean up deposit.
