This cozy and inviting condo boasts waterfall views and great onsite amenities - just what you’re looking for in your mountain vacation. The location is supreme - it’s just steps from a market and the bus stop that takes you to Vail Village. Onsite, guests can enjoy a shared hot tub and a pool.
Inside, unwind in the living room, stream your favorite shows and warm up in the glow of the fireplace. Prepare meals together in the well-equipped kitchen and dine at the table or breakfast bar.
This home is nestled in the heart of East Vail. East Vail has a grocery store, a liquor store, and one restaurant at the Vail Racquet Club. We recommend getting groceries at the City Market or Safeway (5-10 minute drive). The local grocery here has a limited stock and should ideally be used in a pinch.
East Vail is home to beautiful waterfalls in the summer, dramatic mountains, and snow covered couloirs in the winter. East Vail is truly perfect if you want to be immersed in nature, yet minutes from Vail Village.
While we always recommend having a vehicle, it is not necessary for this property. The home is a few steps from the Pitkin creek bus stop.
There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
