House Rules
-1) Upon arrival, we will need a deposit of 5000thb for the stay just in case of property damage. After check out, we will check the house and return the deposit.
-2) as the house is made from wood, candles, cigarettes and anything flammable are not allowed. smoking is permitted, however, in a designated outdoor areas. outside of this area FINE of 5000THB will be imposed.
-3) please take off your shoes before entering the house. we dedicatedly polish and clean our wooden floor, so that you can enjoy this house barefoot. feel free to keep your shoes on the shoe rack inside the house to avoid cats peeing in them.
-3.1)please carry your suitcases to your room. do not wheel them on the wooden floor.
-4) you can welcome your guests at this property, but parties are not allowed without prior approval. no unregistered guests are allowed to stay past 10pm. abuse of this rule will result in a FINE of 2000THB per guest.
- 5) no commercial shooting of any kinds are allowed.
- 6) we have developed good relations with our neighbours, please kindly respect them with noise levels especially during early mornings and late evenings.
-7) art works are original, please handle with care. damage will be fined according to the market price of similar replacement.
- 8) as part of the check-in process, we are required by thai laws to have a copy of your passport. this will be handled with utmost privacy. failure to comply, we will not be able to host you and the resevation is not refundable.
-9) thai laws enforce strict penalties on drug uses and human trafficking. any abuses of these rules are not allowed on the property and we will report you to the police.
-10) The Villa's plunge pool is 0.70m in depth. Parents are advised to take care of their children to avoid accidents that may occur. The Villa is not responsible for any injuries or accidents in any circumstances. In an emergency situation, please inform our staff.
-10.1) no glassware or breakable objects of any kind can be used in and around the immediate vicinity of the pool. Please kindly use plastic cups or plates. any broken glass around the pool area will be fined 10,000THB for pool cleaning fee.
-10.2) pool cleaning is on monday and Friday between 9am-11am. during this service, chlorine will be added. please wait till it has completely dissolved to use the pool again.
-11) we provide in-room safety deposit boxes, please make use of them and leave them open after your stay.
- 12) no durian and smelly food inside the room. we will impose a FINE of 3000THB for extra cleaning.
-13) we can assist with luggage storage pre and post stay according to booking status, but this is not a guaranteed service and only given to help guests and increase convenience. the host and staffs are not responsible in case of lost, stolen or damaged properties. you leave your belongings at your own risk. please allow plenty of time to collect your belongings beforeyour
departure.
-14) we are not professional hotelier so please do not expect hotel services but we try to keep our rooms as neat and clean as possible.we host because we believe in community spirit and like you to visit our city at reasonable prices. our staffs are regular people, they have families and regular work hours, so we cannot always promptly reply to your texts, so please be reasonably
independent.
-15) due to the fragile nature of this heritage home, we don't allow pets/aninals of any kinds, including emotional support animals and service dogs.
- 16) use of pool and all facilities at your own risk. children must always be accompanied -17) please use coasters and trays provided when placing hot pans, dishes, tea or coffee on wooden tables and surface.
- please take care of this house during your stay, it has been around for a century. and we,with love and much dedication, conserved it so that people can truly enjoy this special experience.
Our check out time is at 11AM. We hope that you have had a good stay with us. please make sure to take all your belongings with you as we partly outsource our cleanings and anything left in the room might not be recoverable. Please kindly switch off all electrical appliances, turn off aircon and lightings and leave the keys according to instructions.
