No rear neighbours unless you count the ones with fur or feathers, the perfect space to read a book or meditate. Too cold out, cozy up by the fireplace on the oversized couch w a blanket & a glass of wine or take a soak in the hot tub $ stare at the stars. Need something, just ask your host!

My family and I are originally from the Toronto area and moved to Orangeville about 6 years ago and just fell in love with the area and the people here!
Why they chose this property
We loved the size of the house and the walk out on grade basement and mostly that we have no rear neighbours except the furry or feathered variety...its stunning winter, spring, summer, and fall.
What makes this property unique
The unit is large, bright, and modern while still being cozy and private. Perfectly located on the outskirts of town but in walking distance but the very best for commuting! The rear yard is serene and we love to star gaze in the hot tub or snuggle up in front of the fireplace.
