And we didn't forget about outdoor activities: head down to the river or spend quality family time around our firepit before playing on the bungee swing nestled among trees. Hangout Properties was created in 2014 after Lance and Lisa Simpson embarked on their first cabin rental. As a Design-Build couple, they began daydreaming and drafting until they came up with a perfectly unique cabin plan. Their excitement was contagious and just like that a new chapter of their lives was written. They continued their dreams and eventually built 5 additional rental cabins, becoming the #1 Vacation Rental Company on the Caddo River. Together they strive to add unique designs and features to each cabin.
Lance and Lisa have 3 daughters and 2 Son-in-laws that all enjoy spending time together on the river. We have been blessed beyond measure that life has taken us on this course. We are so thrilled to be able to share our dream with you and your family and friends.
