Why they chose this property
We absolutely love the Patricia Grand Resort, and choosing to purchase our condo here was an easy decision. A big reason is our close-knit friend group—four families who used to live near each other—who all own condos in the same building. In fact, some of our closest friends have units right next door and just a few floors above. We make it a point to gather here a couple of times a year with our friends. Since we now live about five hours apart, this has become our perfect meeting place to reconnect and make memories.
Beyond that, I have always loved the beach lifestyle—being able to walk everywhere and have everything I need close by. This particular area of Myrtle Beach holds a special place in my heart because I grew up coming here every year as a child. Even now, it’s rare for a year to go by without a visit. Owning a place here allows us to continue that tradition and share the experience with others!

What makes this property unique
The Patricia Grand Resort truly has it all, and we love every moment we spend here. Our favorite way to enjoy it? Relaxing on the beach just steps from our condo—my wife with a good book in hand, and me hunting for shark’s teeth (I’ve found hundreds right in this area!).
