AQUATIKA PH BEST AQUATIKA LOCATION NEAR THE BEACH

Aquatika is a beachfront complex, however very few apartments are close to the ocean. Over 1,500 square ft of living space and 700 sq ft private terrace. This condo with a resort type facilities includes swimming pools, several playgrounds, mini golf and best of all access to the beach within walking distance from your apt only 50 feet away. Aquatika is the best kept secret in PR. San Juan International Airport is only 25 minutes away, within 10-20 miles to shopping, groceries, golf courses, restaurants and El Yunque National Rain Forest. We were taking a break on VRBO during pandemic, but we are Back! We also manage other PH properties that may be available for other family members once you book. Master Bedroom has a KING bed, TV and private bath. The mattresses and linens are top quality for sleeping better than at home and blackout curtains. It has a mezzanine family room. We also have an open terrace that provides the perfect spot for family afternoon cookouts and gatherings. This apartment has all you are looking for in a family or couples vacation; free Wi-Fi, laundry room, free parking for up to 3 cars, Family room, microwave, fully equipped kitchen, gas BBQ, beach chairs and many more. If you are traveling with small children, ask for the “pack n play”/high chair set for a small fee. The apartment also provide some beach toys, golf clubs, and tennis raquets. The complex is a secured 24-hour gated community. Note: 1. the closets in master bedroom is used to store the owner’s belongings. 2. When pouring strong rain occurrs we have a leak in one of the other closets which we are looking to have permanently fixed, but is still a challenge.
3. The river shaped pool with water began a restoration project on February 3rd 2025 and and is scheduled to continue over the next 16 weeks. The pool will be closed during this time.
4. After Hurricane Maria in 2017, PR's electrical system is still unstable. Power outages may occur during your stay. It usually restores itself in a couple of hours or less. We want you to make an informed decision, but don't let this stop you from giving us a chance to receive it. In the small possibility that this happens during your stay, enjoy the experience, disconnect from technology and connect with nature and a totally local experience.
