Great Value - Home away from home Emerald Isle 201 is a BRONZE rated two-bedroom, two-bath Gulf Front vacation rental located in N. Redington Beach. This cozy 2nd floor corner vacation rental includes a private Gulf Front balcony with a view of our beautiful white sugar sand beach. Vacation rental 201 offers a full size, fully-equipped kitchen complete with everything you need to enjoy dining at home. Color Flat Panel TVs (cable) in the living room and both bedrooms, telephone with free local calls and Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include a king bed in the master bedroom and a queen bed in the 2nd bedroom. Central heat and air conditioning and ceiling fans. No Smoking. One parking space. Coin-op laundry on premises. Saturday only arrivals in peak seasons. Maximum occupancy: 4

Late check out was no problem .

wonderful vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this condo before and have enjoyed both times very much. It is always clean and has everything we need. Any issues we had (door to balcony being off track) were handled quickly. All we have to do was order groceries and we are set for a lovely two week stay. Emerald Isle is quiet and near to everything we need.

Beautiful view/roach infestation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a beautiful set up being so close to the beach. The condo was very clean except for the infestation of roaches. When u turned off the lights 20 of them came out all over the kitchen and in the furnace area. This was only discovered after cooking the first night and finding them dropped in our food in the oven, then in all our food on the counter. We lost everything that was not refrigerated. I left a pile of them for them on Tues to see when they sprayed, this did not help they still were everywhere in the kitchen. I found them in all the cabinets (have pic) and in-between pans. We gave up on any aspect of kitchen. I contacted them to spray after not seeing relief. This is a large issue and I would highly recommend cleaning all cabinets and staying up on the treatments. Don't turn off lights beware. I killed over a 100 a day, it is truly an issue in the kitchen/furnace area. It is hard to rate because everything else was so amazing. I would recommend this property but not this unit/or that side incase the infestation is widespread. I took a pile of bugs to report the issue and they said the manager would call me but I never heard from her..spent most of the time outside to avoid issue because I didn't want to transport home.

Very Nice!

Very spacious condo for only 2 adults. The decor was a little out dated but very nice. Washer and dryer right out in the main hallway by elevator. Large closets and comfortable master bed! I would stay here again. Nice location and beaches aren’t as crowded as the main popular beaches.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location and beach was amazing. The pool was gross by the end of the week. The condo needs a deep clean. Dust EVERYWHERE and when we came to the kitchen a roach was crawling on the ground. That really put a damper on the rest of the stay

Will be back! Beach close right out the door. Very clean and had a great time. Only thing was we only had one key for pool area and it would have been nice to have an extra one since there was 3 of us. Other than that it was about the best property i have stayed in.

We’ve stayed in Emerald Isle condos a few times and found this place to be cozy, but a tad bit outdated. The kitchen sink sprayer sprayed everywhere, the dish washer runs really loud as it’s very old. Master shower felt dingy and there was mildew on the inside bar of the shower stall. Water pressure in the master bath wasn’t great, but was very powerful in the spare bathroom. The spare bathroom shower drain was clogged and the tub filled up by the end of the shower. Sliding glass door to the balcony kept jamming when trying to pull it closed. The lock didn’t reach the latch, so we were never able to lock the balcony Thankfully it was a cool temperature week (high 70’s to low 80’s) because you cannot adjust the thermostat to below 70 degrees. The beds were super comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets. Rooms are spacious and closets are decently sized. Couch was comfortable and we enjoyed the recliners while watching tv at night. We also enjoyed our coffee and breakfast on the Adirondack chairs on the balcony. We would stay here again if our other condos that we’ve stayed in previously was not available. This condo was $200 more for the week and was a lot more outdated than the others, aesthetically and functionally.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The outside of the building, parking lot, pool area is very nice. Very clean looking. The beach area/ location is awesome!! The chairs on the balcony were great! The clothes washer on the 2nd floor was broken. The doors to the stairwell slam, and is very loud and annoying for the person sleeping in the 2nd bedroom. As for unit 201; the sliding door to the balcony (and screen) were off the track as soon as we got there. The track was so dirty and full of crud, that it was impossible for the door to slide freely. I cleaned as best I could, but it really needs a good cleaning, and the tracks need lubed. I don’t think this has EVER been done. The appliances are so outdated. The ice maker is SO loud. You can hear the wind whipping through the kitchen window. Again, SO loud! The master bathroom shower , with sliding glass doors, also the tracks have NEVER BEEN Cleaned. The amount of mold around the door, and behind the door handle was disgusting. It would be very little effort to clean this! Since the location of this building was so great, I would possibly consider staying there again, and recommending it to friends, but not in #201. Talking to other tenants, they all said that their unit was updated. 🤷🏼‍♀️
